Performance Brake Systems for Championship Competition
The EBC Apollo-6 caliper lives behind the wheels of Boogeyman #70 every time the flag drops at Gingerman, Road Atlanta, and Road America. Built to handle classified peak power — and stop it just as fast.
EBC Brakes is one of the world's leading performance brake manufacturers, supplying high-performance brake pads, rotors, and hardware for motorsport and street applications globally. Their products are engineered to handle extreme heat, sustained braking loads, and the unpredictable demands of track competition.
Team Boogeyman runs EBC performance brake components on the championship-winning #70. When you're carrying classified peak power into corners at Gingerman Raceway or Road Atlanta, having reliable, fade-resistant braking is as critical as the power itself.
High-temperature brake compounds engineered for sustained track use — consistent bite lap after lap without fade.
Enhanced heat dissipation through advanced rotor designs keeps braking temperatures in the optimal operating range.
Dual-purpose compounds that perform during both track sessions and street driving — no pad swaps required.
Global presence with a massive fitment database covering virtually every Subaru application from street to competition.

Most brake upgrades look the part. Apollo calipers are engineered to perform — and the difference is in the details.
12.9 grade high-tensile steel bolts reinforce the caliper bridge — a section traditionally prone to flex. FEA analysis confirms measurably greater stiffness vs. mono-block designs, translating directly to a firmer, more responsive pedal even after repeated hard stops.
While most calipers use conventional gravity casting, Apollo bodies are machined from heat-treated low-pressure castings. Forcing aluminium alloy into the mould under pressure produces a denser, more consistent part — rivaling the stiffness of a forging at a fraction of the weight penalty.
Powder coat cracks and fades under heat. Apollo calipers use an advanced high-temperature Teflon™ polyester process — the same technology used on cookware — for a durable, fade-resistant finish that stays looking sharp season after season, not just out of the box.
As brake temperatures climb, a mono-block aluminium bridge softens and flexes, degrading pedal feel. The Apollo's steel-bolted bridge maintains stiffness under sustained heat — keeping your pedal consistent on lap 10 as it was on lap 1.
